Atlanta star Zazie Beetz was recently confirmed to play Domino, a mutant mercenary and a member of X-Force, the mutant crew who takes on missions of their own with a more militant and aggressive approach towards their enemies.

Considering the fact that Negasonic Teenage Warhead was one of the more amusing characters in Deadpool 2, it'll be cool to see what other mutants will appear in the movie that general audiences may not be familiar with.

"Ryan plays Deadpool with a hint of femininity, and I think that can be amusing opposite a cable who's uber-masculine".

Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick's new film, Life, opens this weekend - a horror movie set on the International Space Station that's quite a departure from the tone we usually expect from the duo, namely, movies with a more comedic flare, like Zombieland and Deadpool.

Deadpool 2 will introduce Cable, the time-travelling son of X-Men's Cyclops. But with Deadpool 2 on the horizon, Reese and Wernick have been looking back on the film and have said that they are still in development for the sequel with a script written and everyone, including director Ruben Fleischer, keen to see it made but that it may not be so easy.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters next January.

With production on #Deadpool2 underway in a few months, casting announcements will be "coming fast and furious", with Cable at the front of the queue. Physically imposing and able to emote.

"I think intimidating, scary, a great foil opposite the lunacy", Reese teased.

It's an important decision, but the names in the running are brimming with talent and capable of carrying the X-Force franchise. There has been speculation since Cable's involvement was first announced over a year ago in the #Deadpool post-credits scene, but the wait is nearly over.
