20 April, 2017, 13:19 | Author: Nadine Todd

The Phone comes with the special feature as "Edge Sense".

The HTC U launch time is very much geared for the location of the Taiwanese brand's home locale, coming out at 2PM in Taipei, but 7AM in London and 2AM in NY - while the phone will certainly make it to Europe and North America, there's clearly not going to be a launch event in these territories unlike years gone by. That lets you control many features with gestures that you perform on the device's metal frame.

Nevertheless, HTC 11 is expected to become the first HTC-manufactured device that will be powered by Qualcomm's first 10nm SoC, which is believed to be notably more powerful compared to the HTC U Ultra. The latest news that has come out will definitely make the fans of HTC really excited as it has revealed that HTC U is going to be officially launched very shortly.

If this game changing feature does turn true, then the HTC U series will set a new standard in the smartphone industry will definitely give Samsung Galaxy S8 and Apple's upcoming anniversary mobile iPhone X (aka iPhone 8), a run for their money. The U Ultra only managed a Snapdragon 821. "Best of all, it's made to evolve and get to know you better over time", according to the company.

Like the two previously released models, the HTC U could also come with 4GB RAM, offering 64GB/128GB of internal storage option.

HTC U is expected to ship with a rather large 5.5 inch WQHD display.
