Emily Ratajkowski Can't Help But Snap Photos In Her Bikini!

Wearing her tresses up, the 25-year-old left little to the imagination as she went topless in nothing but a necklace.

The annual film event is as revered for its fashionable output on the red carpet and celebrity parties as it is for its debut of esteemed film titles.

It wouldn't be an excessively glamorous Cannes Film Festival red carpet without a very slight scandal, and doing the honours in the French Riviera this year is model Bella Hadid with what the internet has gleefully called a 'wardrobe malfunction'.

First, Bella Hadid stepped out in a pink Alexandre Vauthier gown, uplifted by her wavy lob, freshly cut by George Northwood and elegantly tucked behind one ear.

An opening ceremony of the Cannes Film Festival gathered dozens of cinema stars and local socialites.

However, Bella's racy thigh-high slit proved problematic for her as she greeted a friend on the red carpet, accidentally showing off her nude control trousers beneath her dress in the process.

LONDON | Netflix, the USA video-on-demand company, will not be allowed to compete at the Cannes Film Festival after this year unless it changes its policy and gives its movies a cinema release, organizers said on Wednesday.

In my house, Netflix has been nothing but an absolute benefit, because they get to watch films that they never even would've seen.

Speaking about his views on the entertainment business in a statement, which has been obtained by Variety, the 67-year-old filmmaker said: "I personally do not conceive, not only the Palme d'Or any other prize being given to a film and not being able to see this film on a big screen".

While a fight between American streaming giant Netflix and French movie theaters has overshadowed the opening, fans of auteur cinema are excited to see the latest works by the likes of Noah Baumbach, Francois Ozon and Lynne Ramsay.

He suggested they were "two different forms of entertainment" and that Netflix "brings a great amount of connectivity".

Smith, who has not had a film play at Cannes before, was dapperly dressed and cheerfully posing with festival-goers who screamed "Will!"

Arnaud Desplechin's "Ismael's Ghosts", with Mathieu Amalric, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Cotillard, was the opening-night film.
