Sacked AAP minister Kapil Mishra today visited the anti-corruption bureau (ACB) office and recorded his statement against AAP Chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Mr Mishra had yesterday submitted papers in the alleged 400 crore rupee water tanker scam to the Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi Government.

"Fourth day of satyagraha - What new drama will be done to distract attention from the question of foreign trips", Mishra asked in a tweet.

Mishra, who is sitting with a garlanded photograph of Mahatma Gandhi behind him, has called his protest a satyagrah or "peaceful agitation".

Mishra, who was sacked as minister on Saturday, also demanded a lie detector on his allegations that he was an eyewitness to the Rs2 crore exchanging hands between Kejriwal and Jain.

He also dared the BJP-led government to use its all probe agencies-CBI, ACB, Delhi Police, ED- -and get every allegation against the AAP probed and throw AAP leaders in jail if these agencies can prove the same.

The AAP, which termed Mishra's allegations as "baseless", suspended him from the party's primary membership at the Political Affairs Committee (PAC) meeting on Monday. "Being PWD Minister, he also fudged bills up to ₹10 crore in the department to benefit Kejriwal's relative", Mishra told reporters here. "Show us papers (of land deal) or proof if its true?" he said.

Maken said he hoped issues like Kejriwal taking bribe, dengue on the rise, water and power shortage and Metro fare hike would be discussed.

He said that Ankit Bharadwaj has pictures with several BJP leaders like its former Delhi chief Satish Upadhyay and Union Minister Vijay Sampla.

Earlier, in a letter, Kapil told Kejriwal, "Someone told me if these details are revealed, the public won't let you stay in power for another moment".

Soon after, Praveen Shankar Kapoor, media in-charge of Delhi BJP, said that no BJP Yuva Morcha worker was involved in any such incident.

Ankit claimed he was an AAP member and said he attacked Mishra for harming the party.

"Whatever Arvind Kejriwal used to do, I am doing now".
