2 sisters killed in crash into in home mourned at vigil

The Clinton County Sheriff's Office wants to charge the teen with criminal recklessness resulting in death because authorities believe she may have been high on opioids at the time of the crash. She could face more serious charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated if opiates in her system are confirmed, Fox 59 reported.
The incident happened just before 9:30pm, at the Fullerton family's home off rural Country Road in Clinton County, Indiana.

Haleigh Fullerton, 17, and her nine-year-old sister Callie, were in the living room watching television when the crash happened. Both sisters were both killed on impact.
