  • George Charlotte join royal Brexit tour

In March, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent two days in Paris, on their first official visit there as a couple to solidify the relationship between France and the U.K. The trip also marked William's first official visit to the city since his mother, Princess Diana, died in a auto crash there in August 1997.

Though Prince George and Princess Charlotte have been in the spotlight since birth, the two siblings were a little camera shy as they departed the private plane with their parents.

According to Brand Finance, the British royal family are worth GBP 58.4 billion (PN 280 billion), of which GBP 21 billion is in assets including real estate, art and businesses, and GBP 37.5 is immaterial, such as the value of tourism or souvenir sales generated by the family's popularity.

Also on Tuesday, they will visit a museum in Gdansk commemorating the Solidarity movement which shook communist rule in the 1980s.

George, who turns four this Saturday, needed a little encouragement from his father before walking off the plane. Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte, who was held by Kate, looked far more relaxed, and reportedly "smiled in her mother's arms and waved to onlookers".

Duchess Kate carries Princess Charlotte, 2, off the plane after arriving in Warsaw. This is William and Kate's first official joint trip to Poland and Germany; the Duke, also 35, made an official visit to Germany last summer.

Today they will be welcomed first in Warsaw by President Andrzej Duda. On Twitter, President Duda shared a photo of the palace's playroom, which was set up for the children.

They will then visit the Warsaw Uprising Museum and meet Polish and British WWII veterans, before talking British-Polish start-up partnerships at an event for young entrepreneurs at the Warsaw Spire skyscraper. Later this evening the duke and duchess are scheduled to attend a formal dinner at the Royal Łazienki park.

While George and Charlotte will be not be at every public appearance with their parents, Kensington Palace announced that they will be seen "on at least a couple of occasions over the course of the week".
