Eagle-eyed viewers spotted an explicit video being played on a computer screen in the background of a shot on Tuesday (August 8).

According to United Kingdom media, about 3.8 million people were tuning into the nightly newscast, and now millions more have seen the awkward moment.

The 35-year-old Oscar victor spotted herself during Monday's BBC News at Ten, in which a racy clip - that shows a woman's bare breasts - can be seen playing in the background on an employee's monitor, for millions of viewers at home.

Anna Paquin can add another accolade to her CV - newsroom favourite.

"MY BREASTS! SO FUNNY ON SO MANY LEVELS", the X-Men actress tweeted in reaction to the blooper.

Seven series of True Blood were broadcast between 2008 and 2014, which focused on supernatural events in the small town of Bon Temps, Louisiana.

Paquin's actor husband Stephen Moyer, who also appeared in True Blood, found the whole thing hilarious too, adding: "This is awesome and making me very happy.", adding, "Which scene is it?"

He responded: "Which scene is it?" Paquin explained it was "fairy land graveyard sex with warlow... duh!" "It is totally unprofessional".

He was watching a sex scene, and no one was quite sure what it was. The employee is on borrowed time when bosses catch up with him.

Furthermore, she also made fun of the news channel's statement that they are going to look into the matter, wondering what that could possibly mean.
