Decision to reopen keys after Irma was difficult, officials say

A new cellphone video has surfaced showing conditions inside the Hollywood Hills nursing home where residents - including one in the nude - were kept in sweltering heat before eight of them died after Hurricane Irma struck Florida.
In a statement to local media, Jorge Carballo, administrator at The Rehabilitation Center, said "several patients experienced distress and there were [three] fatalities" in the building following the power outage, which affected the transformer that powers the facility's air conditioning system.
Three people died at the facility in Hollywood, Fla., and two others were pronounced dead after being taken to a hospital, Barbara Sharief, the Broward County mayor, said at a news briefing Wednesday morning.
Trump also praised Florida's Republican Gov. Rick Scott, who supported his presidential campaign, and said Scott should run for the Senate when his second gubernatorial term ends in 2019.
State investigators from the Florida Office of Attorney General were also at the scene, city officials said in a statement.
