Yesterday, Shiv Sena had severely criticised PM Modi's dream of running bullet train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Mumbai: A day before Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe perform the groundbreaking ceremony for a bullet train between Ahmedabad and Mumbai, the state government has agreed to allocate 0.9 hectares of land at Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) required for the railway station, but with certain pre-conditions. "But, despite the loot and fraud, all are congratulating Modi's pet project", the Shiv Sena said in sharp edits in the party's mouthpieces "Saamana" and "Dopahar Ka Saamana".

According to the Newspaper, He also took action against erring contractors."Kotak was reacting to Shiv Sena MP Rahul Shevale's announcement that his party meant to move a "no trust" motion against Mehta".

Terming the discussion between the sub-committee and the government as "time pass", the Sena asked how long this would continue.

The editorial concluded by adding, "The Rajdhani Express is India's current bullet train. Only if one lakh passengers travel in the train, the project will be economically viable", said Kharge. Training guns on Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Sena said of the 508 km, 156 km and four stations will run through this state for which it would need to shell out at least Rs 30,000 crore, plus tackle the problems of rehabilitation of farmers and project-affected-persons.

"The government earned Rs 175,000 crore profit from petrol and diesel excise duties". The train is expected to cover the distance of over 500 km in less than three hours.

"Even before the train picks up speed, it will halt at the next stop".

"It is a matter of deep concern that while the Prime Minister once again adopted a UPA project, it took him 3.5 years to come to this stage of laying a foundation stone, only to ensure that it is timed with the Gujarat election", he added.

"From Europe to China, the bullet train's image can be seen everywhere. The Government should take care of that", said Bharat. "However, bullet trains will now zip between Ahmedabad-Mumbai without anybody even asking for it".
