Things took a turn for the worst for the 34-year-old in August, after paramedics were called to his house.

When Sofia Richie and Scott Disick were spotted hanging out in Cannes back in May, fans were SURE they were dating. Meanwhile, Scott went for a casual look in a Gucci T-shirt and camouflage swim shorts, looking equally enamoured with his new squeeze.

But a source told People on Friday: 'Scott and Sofia are inseparable. They share three children: Mason, 7, Penelope, 5, and Reign, 2.

But he seems to have settled on Sofia - the youngest child of Hello hitmaker Lionel, 42 - who has modeled for brands including Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors after beginning modelling aged 14. "She's in a really good place with Younes and is happy with him", the first insider tells Us. The nineteen-year-old looked extremely content as Disick slung an arm around her shoulders. They are very flirty.

In a sneak peek at Sunday night's 10-year anniversary special for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", host Ryan Seacrest brings Scott Disick out to talk about the current state of his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian.

'Scott takes care of her, opens the vehicle door and pays for everything'.

The lovebirds confirmed their romance with a kiss on holiday at a Miami hotel this week - following the news Scott has been kicked off Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

'Kris wanted Scott to clean his act up and go back to rehab, ' an insider has alleged to the publication. "She thinks he'd be happier if he stopped partying". But he doesn't think there's a problem with his lifestyle right now, so he doesn't see why he should'.

His extra-curricular behaviour has put a strain on his relationship with the family, and it is thought that Kris has now reached a point where she needs to draw a line. However, he apparently won't film any scenes from now on.
