Ajay Devgn's Golmaal Again has become the biggest Bollywood money spinner of 2017, as its total collection has surpassed the Rs 300-crore mark at the worldwide box office in 24 days. The fourth film in the Golmaal franchise may have received mixed reviews from critics but looks like the audience gave it much more love and utilised their Diwali weekend to get their amusing bone tickled with this horror comedy. Total: Rs 201.43 cr.

This year Golmaal again has entered into the club of Rs 200 crore.

With Shetty, Ahay has already delivered Golmaal series - Golmaal, Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3 and Golmaal Again -, Singham and Singham Returns so far. India biz... BLOCKBUSTER!. Even yesterday he tweeted that the movie may enter the Rs. 200 crore club anytime this weekend and it did on Sunday. Both the films were loved by critics but the Golmaal franchise ate the plum when it came to box office reports. The story revolves around Gopal (Ajay Devgn), Madhav (Arshad Warsi), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), Laxman Prasad (Shreyas Talpade) and Laxman (Kunal Khemu) who move back to their old neighbourhood in a new, palatial house. Moreover, the film has ranked 5th in the top ten films of 2017, while Baahubali 2 topped the list followed closely by Judwaa 2. Shahrukh Khan starrer, Chennai Express held the record with a lifetime collection of Rs 227 crore.
