The 22-year-old fashion model - who is dating former One Direction star Zayn Malik - received the Woman of the Year prize at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn on Monday, and Gigi used her acceptance speech to say that just because she appears to have a flawless life, she still suffers the same self-doubts as other people. "And I want you to imagine the effect you have on the world", the mother of one, 36, said before giving the award to the 22-year-old supermodel. "Not only handsome on the outside, but totally stunning - most importantly - on the inside, she understands in order to be the best you have to think like you are the best, you have to work the hardest, and you have to make sacrifices".

"The feeling that they are not alone".

Adding, "She's inspirational to me and she's inspirational to all women".

Gigi's ideas for getting unstuck? Wear something insane. Go on a walk at sunrise. "Spend the day printing out pictures of whatever and make a binder of the hotel you hope to own one day, or the charity you hope to start", she said. Honestly, she's looking incredible from all angles. "It's about the women we surround ourselves with and the characteristics we value, the inspiration and motivation women everywhere can give us to be better". "I'm wearing wings tonight, and I tell you, to all of those young girls and boys, even if your wings get clipped, you can build them back and you can fly". I truly believe we must share the good love that we receive whenever we see that it's needed. "She understands in order to be the best you have to think like you are the best".
