Auto ploughs into New York City pedestrians

Police say road rage may have led to a auto crash involving pedestrians in Lower Manhattan that left six people injured Thursday.

At least three pedestrians were injured, according to the New York City Patch.

Police said none of the injuries are considered life-threatening.

It happened about 1:15 in the area of Liberty St. and Broadway.

On Oct. 31, a driver killed eight people in a truck attack on an area bike path.

Cops have said the vehicle was involved in at least two crashes before coming to a stop near Liberty Street and Broadway.

Police said it appears the crash was an accident, not an intentional act. The driver of the Lincoln was taken into custody by responding officers.
