Just days after Bryan Singer was sacked from Bohemian Rhapsody, the director is now facing a lawsuit for allegedly sexually assaulting a 17-year boy in Washington State back in 2003. Further, the suit claims that Singer stripped Sanchez-Guzman down and then forcibly performed oral sex on him, despite pleas for Singer to stop.

Bryan Singer, the celebrated director of many popular movies, is being sued for allegedly raping a seventeen-year-old boy in 2003. On that pretext, the suit alleges, Singer "lured Cesar into a room, shut the door and demanded that Cesar perform oral sex". Cesar Sanchez-Guzman claims that, in 2003, Singer raped him at a party on a yacht in the Seattle area. The suit was filed in Washington's King County by a man named Cesar Sanchez-Guzman, who alleges that Singer attacked him on a yacht when he was a minor.

Cesar claims Singer told him he was a Hollywood producer who could "help" start his acting career as "long as Cesar never said anything about the incident".

"The lawsuit was filed by the same lawyer who represented Michael Egan". "These damages include, but are not limited to, emotional distress, mental anguish, physical and mental pain and suffering, a decrease in his ability to enjoy life, past and future medical expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and other general and special damages, all in an amount to be determined at trial". Later, Singer promised the teenager work in Hollywood in exchange for his silence, Variety reported.

A representative for Singer did not immediately respond to an email requesting comment.

The accusations come days after Singer was sacked by Twentieth Century Fox from their production of a Freddie Mercury biopic that only had two weeks left of shooting.

But sources told tabloid Radar Online this week that 20th Century Fox executives questioned Singer about potential sexual misconduct allegations against him. Egan later withdrew his claim, pleaded guilty to fraud, and was sentenced to two years in prison.
