Everything From The SDCC Infinity War Trailer Marvel Still Hasn't Revealed

Avengers: Infinity War is Marvel's biggest film and features characters from nearly all its franchise (Ant-Man and Hawkeye have not made appearances in any of the trailers). Speaking to Fandango, co-director Joe Russo revealed that Thor is the lead hero, driving the main story alongside Thanos. It also shakes up expectations for Infinity War, where we assumed Thor was relegated to a side story with the Guardians of the Galaxy. Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) was all but dead during Captain America: The First Avenger, only to return as the Winter Soldier during Captain America: Winter Soldier, and is very much an important character in the MCU today. It's now been followed up by a second trailer, and by now set visits and interviews have given fans a clearer idea what to expect from Infinity War.

I suppose this is some sort of throwback poster as apparently a young Gamora is hold holding the hand of Thanos (lol)! While previous Avengers movies focused on Earth, it makes sense for Asgard to take center stage against an interplanetary threat like Thanos.

Even if he does die, the Russos have made it clear that Thor will cement his place in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with "Infinity War".

Of course this might (or not) be a response in jest to Aiman's creativity considering that we are far off from an Avengers 5 movie (we're only at the 3rd, while a 4th movie has just been confirmed). So if you're anxious about Hawkeye's mysterious absence, you may just have to wait for the next movie. Long-range projections for Infinity War won't be released for a couple of weeks, but after claiming its first record, the superhero team-up flick will rival Black Panther heavily in the box office, possibly stealing another number of records from its predecessor. "The story is told from the point of view of a villain, which I think is also really unique and risky for a commercial film that will surprise the audience".
