Prince Charles Says 'Don't Believe All That Crap' About One Royal Rumor

A reporter for the Hit105 radio station asked, "Is it true that you, uh, carry your own toilet seat when you travel?". "Oh, don't believe all that cr*p".

The Duchess of Cornwall appeared disinterested at times during the ceremony and was caught on camera browsing through the program during Games chairman Peter Beattie's speech.

Prince Charles and his wife Camilla Parker Bowles have landed in Australia for a trip Camilla reportedly joined Charles on in the hopes of helping further his chances at landing a royal title.

While there, he was asked about claims made in a new biography, that he carries his own toilet seat everywhere he goes.

Rebel Prince: The Power, Passion And Defiance Of Prince Charles was published recently and claims the heir to the British throne travels with "his orthopaedic bed, personal toilet seat, Kleenex Premium Comfort toilet paper, fresh linen a chest of drawers and two landscapes of the Scottish Highlands".

Games organisers insisted that the duchess was not bored by the three-hour opening ceremony after it left her "shattered" and needing "to go to sleep".

Prince Charles: "Oh, don't believe all that crap".

The tour comes as Australia is debating having a local head-of-state after the death of Queen Elizabeth.

The eyebrow-raising claims made headlines worldwide - and with Charles and wife Camilla in Australia to open the Commonwealth Games, Hit105 reporter Jase, from Stav, Abby and Matt's breakfast radio show, chose to go straight to the source to find out the truth.

Charles and Camilla wandered among hundreds of well-wishers who had risked rain to see them before visiting a Brisbane children's hospital.
