Leaked LG G7 ThinQ render reveals phone's colours, mystery side button

The LG G7 ThinQ will arrive in aurora black, platinum gray, moroccan blue, matte moroccan blue and raspberry rose. The availability of the other colors may vary depending on the region and carrier. It wouldn't be surprising if some of the colors will exclusively be available in South Korea, LG's home country. The phone's display will ship with rounded corners, and even though we do not have access to some credible info regarding the phone's spec sheet, the LG G7 ThinQ specs have surfaced a couple of times thus far. The notch will carry the front camera and the earpiece speaker. However, the lenses on the G7 are vertically aligned, while the ones on the G6 were positioned horizontally. Instead, a dedicated power button will go along the right side of the device, as well as a dedicated ThinQ AI button on the left side, just below the volume rocker. Android Authority speculates that it may be a dedicated hardware button for LG's artificial intelligence feature. The LG G7 ThinQ is what the next flagship will be called as per some recent reports and the phone has been long-rumoured to sport a notch on top of the display. A 6GB RAM variant can also be expected.

Following a longstanding tradition of announcing little tidbits about a new smartphone before the handset is fully unveiled, LG did confirm a couple of things about the upcoming flagship device.

If you recall, the company launched LG V30s ThinQ at the Mobile World Congress with some AI features like Voice AI, Empathy AI, and the Vision AI.

In other LG G7 ThinQ news there's also been a new leak in the form of a render showing off the five colors you'll likely be able to buy the phone in.

Also, the LG G7 ThinQ has a dual camera set up in the rear panel but it will be in vertical shape rather than the horizontal shape of previous LG models.
