Instagram Now Lets Users Download All Photos, Videos With New Tool

Instagram is introducing a few updates that will make it easier and faster to share more in Stories - one of these is the ability to upload multiple photos and videos at once.

Secondly, users would now see an icon on the top right corner of the screen while uploading media files to a story. On the edit screen, a preview of all the media selected will appear at the bottom of the screen, and each can be tapped in order to individually add stickers, text, or whatever else your heart desires. But now, they can upload up to 10 photos and videos to Instagram Stories at once. The location sticker will suggest you some places near the spot where you have snapped the photo or recorded the video.

Earlier this month, TechCrunch urged Instagram to build its own version of Facebook's "Download Your Information" tool.

To post multiple photos and videos to your Instagram Stories, swipe right and swipe up to reveal the gallery. Email address of the users would be needed where the data would be exported. This not only lets people enjoy the moment by not having to constantly upload photos/videos to Instagram Stories, but also makes it easier for them to upload these photos and videos to Stories when they have better Internet connection.

Users can access "Data Download" for Instagram from here or they can visit the application's privacy settings.

Also included in this update is improved location tagging when uploading old pictures or videos to Stories. When the user is done editing, Instagram will show a preview of their entire Story before it is uploaded.

Instagram is back with another new feature for Stories, and there is nothing to not love about it.
