Not only did Tay put on an incredible show for these special families, but she was determined to talk to every single one and take a photo with them.

She invited the kids and their families to the final dress rehearsal of the Reputation tour at the NFL Arizona Cardinal's football stadium.

As one of the biggest artists in the world, it's heartwarming to continually see Taylor Swift use her platform to help spread a little light and happiness into the lives of others.

The singer performed in front of over 2,000 foster and adoptive families at the University of Phoenix stadium located in Glendale, E! According to the AZ Central, Swift visited 8-year-old burn victim Isabella McCune.

'Her parents came too and they were the sweetest people, and it meant so much to my husband and me as parents, ' Lilly revealed.

The girl's family made a video on Wednesday of her asking for Swift to visit because she couldn't leave the hospital for the singer's concert next week. After the 2-hour show came to an end, Taylor personally came down from the stage to hug everyone in the audience and took several pictures with them.

Taylor made her way to the hospital to visit Isabella, gave her a bag of tour goodies and wrote a lovely message in her journal. "Your show is wonderful - you and your team have done an incredible job!"

"I hope you feel better soon and I'm honored you've been listening to my music", she wrote.
