Walmart under fire from conservatives for 'Impeach 45' shirts slamming Trump

Rather, today, it's Trump fans, who are demanding a boycott after discovering that the store sells a single shirt reading "Impeach 45".

The outrage apparently worked; Walmart appears to have pulled the items from its website, after the hashtag #boycottWalmart quickly began trending across social media platforms.

Ironically, the manufacturer who is responsible for these highly-contested shirts have also sold merchandise that is staunchly Pro-Trump, having mass-produced "Make America Great Again" hats in the past.

By Tuesday afternoon, the "Impeach 45" products had been taken off of Walmart's website.

The shirts that come in several shades, plus similar baby onesies and even frisbees, spurred a grassroots call to boycott the world's biggest retailer.

Walmart is selling negative political clothing for everyone.

But the company also sells anti-Hillary Clinton apparel, including shirts that say "Hillary for Prison".

"We're removing these types of items pending review of our marketplace policies", a representative for Walmart said via email.

More than half of the stuff Amazon sold in 2017 came from third-party sellers, rather than Amazon itself, and Walmart saw its sales jump after it overhauled its marketplace.

On June 27, Walmart announced that it was introducing a 3D virtual shopping tour on its website, as the retailer pours billions of dollars into beefing up its e-commerce business. We have reached out to Walmart for comment, and will update this story with more details when the company responds.
