DeSantis Teaches His Kids The ABCs of Trump in New Ad

"Everybody needs to support Ron DeSantis in our August 28 primary and in the November general election", Trump said.

One Republican voter commented to the Sun-Sentinel, "I usually go with what Trump wants, which is DeSantis".

"I'm not like other politicians", he said. As you know, Rick is running to replace liberal Democrat, Schumer controlled, Nancy Pelosi controlled, and the new star of the Democrat party, Maxine Waters. "I have kept my promises".

In May, Trump announced tariffs on $50 billion in Chinese goods. China has moved to impose tariffs on US soybeans.

Even as he raises the stakes in his standoff with Beijing, Trump has sought to assuage fears at home.

At the rally, Trump picked his sides among Republicans as he embraced U.S. Rep. Ron DeSantis in the primary for governor and backed the U.S. Senate campaign of Gov. Rick Scott.

In the Republican race to be Florida's next Governor, candidate Ron DeSantis is now on the offensive thanks to an endorsement by President Donald Trump.

Has Donald Trump ever gone grocery shopping? Bush had dropped out by the time the Florida primary took place, but Trump won Florida with 46 percent support to Rubio's second-place 27 percent showing.

In turn, DeSantis has cloaked himself in the sheen of Trump, defending the president and his policies.

The 30-second ad is narrated by DeSantis' wife Casey, whose pitch for her husband includes telling viewers that he is "an awesome dad" who loves "playing with the kids" and "reads stories" to them.

When Casey DeSantis mentions that her husband plays with kids, the ad shows him and his daughter Madison building a block wall with the congressman encouraging her to "build the wall!" an allusion to Trump's preferred wall along the U.S. -Mexico border.

Trump also defended the denuclearisation deal he signed with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in June in Singapore after reports surfaced that North Korea was proceeding with its missile programme.

Ivanka Trump has joined her father Donald Trump on a trip to Florida after helping to pass a workforce development bill in the White House.

The motorcade made its way through downtown Tampa to Tampa Bay Technical High School. He issued a vialed threat about a government shutdown unless congress acts to fully fund a boarder wall.

"Part of my goal since becoming chairman is, let's try to get the president here as much as we can between now and 2020".

"We believe that only American citizens should vote in American elections", Trump told the enthusiastic crowd of supporters.
