Fosu-Mensah leaves Manchester United for Fulham

The Netherlands worldwide spent last season on loan at Crystal Palace, where he made 21 appearances in all competitions.

Manchester United star Timothy Fosu-Mensah has official departed to Fulham on a temporary basis for the upcoming Premier League season.

The former England boss took up the reins in September past year with Palace bottom of the table and without a win from their first four matches. Newly promoted Fulham beat competition from Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin for his services, sources told ESPN FC.

Argentina global Federico FERNANDEZ has made the switch and joined Newcastle United.

"We are looking to build on the hard work and results achieved last season and I believe this is the most important part of making that happen".

The Argentine has played a total of 38 games in the red and white shirt: 25 in the league, seven in the Champions League and six in the Copa del Rey.

Goalkeeper Fabri is touted to make his first start, while Callum Chambers will make his debut at the heart of the defence.

Palace chairman Steve Parish said the extension would boost morale ahead of their Premier League kick-off against one of Hodgson's former clubs, big-spending newsboys and London rivals Fulham.

Fulham have signed Atletico Madrid forward Luciano VIETTO on a loan deal.
