NCSU professor says Kavanaugh was often 'belligerent, aggressive' while partying at Yale

Kavanaugh, who has been accused of sexual misconduct by three different women, denied in his testimony that there was any possibility he ever drank so much alcohol that he may have lapses in his memory. Mr. Kavanaugh was not arrested, but the police report stated that a 21-year-old man accused Mr. Kavanaugh of throwing ice on him "for some unknown reason".

Ludington remembers the incident as being started after Kavanaugh threw a beer at the man, but regardless of what was thrown, the fight culminated with the man, then 21-year-old Dom Cozzolino, going to the hospital after former National Basketball Association player Chris Dudley threw a glass at Cozzolino's ear, causing it to bleed.

When the man noticed the group, he used an expletive and asked them to stop staring, Mr Ludington said, at which point Mr Kavanaugh "threw his beer at the guy". Kavanaugh was among those questioned in relation to the incident but was not arrested.

There was considerable confusion last Friday, when Donald Trump ordered a reopened investigation into the "credible allegations" against Brett Kavanaugh.

"I like beer, I still like beer, ' Mr Kavanaugh testified under oath". The report shows that Dudley denied being involved, as did Kavanaugh.

Ludington said in his statement he witnessed Kavanaugh throw a beer in a man's face once for making a semi-hostile remark, "starting a fight that ended with one of our mutual friends in jail". The barroom fisticuffs were the most searing example of Kavanaugh's behavior he remembers, Ludington said in an interview with Bloomberg News, where he expanded on his statement for the first time.

After Democrats claimed the FBI's probe would be limited on time and in scope, Trump said he actually wants the Federal Bureau of Investigation "to interview whoever [sic] they deem appropriate, at their discretion".

British reggae band UB40 received a burst of unexpected publicity on Monday after reports surfaced that Judge Brett Kavanaugh allegedly got into an altercation at a CT bar in 1985. "It is from this experience that I concluded that although Brett was normally reserved, he was a notably heavy drinker, even by the standards of the time, and that he became aggressive and belligerent when he was very drunk", Roche said in a statement.

Ludington told the Washington Post that when Kavanaugh drank, he was often aggressive.

They were sitting near a man who they thought looked like the lead singer of UB40, Ali Campbell, and were trying to figure out whether it was him, Ludington told Cuomo.

"Democrats desperately attack Judge Kavanaugh for throwing ice during college", Sanders said on Twitter. Agents soon contacted him, he said Monday night. "I don't know what Brett was doing exactly, but I was pulling Chris back and someone else was pulling the other guy back", Ludington said.

The bar fight report comes amid Kavanaugh's testimony in which he challenged claims that suggested he was a "sloppy drunk".
