Dez Bryant may have suffered torn Achilles at practice

New Orleans Saints receiver Dez Bryant is believed to have suffered a torn Achilles on Friday, and he's reacting to the news.

But the Saints' injury report for Sunday's game, which came out at 3 p.m., lists Bryant's injury as an ankle and lists him as questionable.

The Saints could turn to another decorated veteran receiver, Brandon Marshall, who also impressed the team during a Tuesday workout, according to Schefter.

The hype was real surrounding Bryant after his decision to sign with the Saints.

Bryant agreed to a one-year, $600,000 contract on Wednesday and was participating in his second practice when he was injured.

Bryant acknowledged a setback in a tweet Friday afternoon, writing, "This is the ultimate test".

Bryant signed with the Saints this week.

"It was good", Bryant said after his first practice.

NFL players across the league wished Bryant well on social media.

Last season was Bryant's best since he caught 88 passes for 1,320 yards and 16 TDs in 2014, which at the time was his third consecutive season with at least 1,200 yards receiving.
