Can Starter Pikachu or Eevee Evolve in Pokemon Let's Go?

Can Starter Pikachu or Eevee Evolve in Pokemon Let's Go?

This one will show you the location of the game's singular Pokemon Daycare.

There is another way to get these original starter Pokemon, through Pokemon Go!

Connecting your mainline Pokemon GO game to Let's GO is easy. Well, our Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee Should I Throw Money in the Fountain will hopefully answer any questions you might have about it. If you've got access to a Pokemon Go account either of your own or through a friend, there'll be some great little bonuses for you - nothing that'll break the game, but stuff that's fun and helpful all the same.

The answer to the question "should I throw money into the fountain in Pokemon Let's Go" is a definite YES.

Some event Pokemon and Mythical Pokemon can't be traded - with the exception of Meltan and Melmetal.

Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Eevee! are now available for the Nintendo Switch.

This doesn't stop players from catching wild Eevees or Pikachus and evolving them so don't let not being able to evolve your starter discourage you. Specific Pokemon mentioned by Pokemon Go developers in the announcement include Omanyte and Kabuto, but we'll see what other Pokemon also pop up with more regularity soon. To qualify for a free Bulbasaur, you need to have captured at least 30 random Pokemon.

Once you have sent the Pokemon you will have to head to the Pokemon GO Park. The man at the desk will instruct you further - simply follow the instructions on both screens to sync up the machines and then transfer Pokemon. The fountain wouldn't let us put more money in, presumably because the developers don't want to let you farm Heart Scales too easily.
