Golden State Warriors fall to the Oklahoma Thunder, drop 4th consecutive game

"We're doing what we can and I think people will appreciate it, but obviously those people up there need much more than just to be able to come to a basketball game", Kerr said.

Diallo exited the locker room with a boot on his left foot and using crutches, but he was in good spirits after getting what was pretty surprising news considering how scary the play looked.

Diallo was attempting to rebound a failed fourth-quarter layup attempt by Warriors forward Jonas Jerebko, and their legs got tangled as the Thunder rookie fell to the floor. Diallo immediately began rolling on the floor in pain and moved himself off the court and under the basket.

While Golden State dropped 10 of its final 17 games last season, the Warriors hadn't endured a four-game losing streak during the regular season since dropping four in a row from February 26-March 2, 2013.

Diallo, a second-round pick, has been a bright spot for the Thunder, securing a steady spot in the rotation as a defensive spark plug.

Paul George added 25 points while Steven Adams and Jerami Grant both put up double-doubles in a well-rounded team performance from the visiting Thunder (11-6) on Wednesday night.

Ferguson will likely return to the starting lineup after missing the past two games.

Diallo, 20, finished with three points and six rebounds in 17 minutes.

The former Kentucky guard played for the Thunder in five games in the Las Vegas Summer League, averaging 10.8 points and 4.8 boards, while shooting 48.8 percent from the field.
