Unai Emery: Peaky Blinders is teaching me English

According to Emery, the Gunners will tackle the hosts at a very high level in order to get the three points. But the last three we have drawn.

The kick-off time for the match is 2:30pm.

"That's a good example for us - maybe we cannot do the same, because it's very, very hard and they worked very well with [Jurgen] Klopp to get to this, but the difference between us and other teams now - Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea - we can reach the same level as them".

I spoke yesterday about how important the substitutions will be in this match, but what it will come down to are the players on the pitch.

Arsenal lost to Manchester City and Chelsea in their opening two league games of the season and haven't lost since but face Spurs and Manchester United back-to-back at the beginning of December in their biggest tests since the opening games.

"Before Wenger arrived, Arsenal celebrated winning 1-0 and were based on defensive solidity", Emery said. We want (to finish in the top four) but it's not easy.

UNAI EMERY insists Arsenal were left "falling" by his predecessor Arsene Wenger - but he is now starting to lift them again.

The 90 minutes bit is what we have not been doing this season, except maybe against Liverpool, and we must hope that the Boss has the team keen to start quickly in this crucial game.

'What I want is to unite both essences and be more competitive.

"His commitment is good, he trains well", Emery told Sky Sports.

"We're really focusing on video work, moving as little as five yards in some positions which makes all the difference when getting to the ball".

Emery also said the players had a long way to go, despite the good start, and any information Wenger had given him wasn't used, adding, "I met once with him, and little else".

Bernd Leno has established himself as first-choice goalkeeper ahead of Petr Cech while the tireless Lucas Torreira has been one Arsenal's stand-out players in midfield. We are scoring a lot. I know Bournemouth and they are a very prepared team with tactically good movement on the pitch and with a big intensity with each player and when they are playing there, we know it is very hard.
