Kliff Kingsbury, Cardinals Could Draft Kyler Murray #1 Overall, Trade Josh Rosen

Overall, if Murray does indeed join fellow underclassmen Dwayne Haskins in this year's draft, the likelihood Washington lands a rookie quarterback with their draft pick skyrockets.

Smith also thinks Murray's draft position in the Major League Baseball will be much higher than his potential NFL draft position.

Where you got your Kyler Murray money?

With a report that Oklahoma QB and Heisman Trophy victor Kyler Murray may enter the NFL Draft, the Internet was abuzz with where he might go.

While former Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury was recently hired as the next coach of the Arizona Cardinals, a previous comment he made about Murray opened a few eyes.

The dual-threat quarterback completed 69 percent of his throws for 4,361 yards, 42 scores and seven interceptions in 14 games this season for the Sooners football team.

The Cardinals new coach has good reason to like the Heisman victor, but he's apparently a fan of Rosen as well.

"He would be a first-round pick if he committed and promised he was going to play football", the ESPN analyst Todd McShay said.
"All I know is Kyler has a tremendous opportunity to be a great baseball player and he knows that". I think he's very competitive.

He was also seen as a potential high draft pick in baseball coming out of high school, but he wasn't selected after he told teams not to take him because he wanted to play college football. "So, I'm excited to develop that relationship". Last month, an National Football League general manager told ESPN's Adam Schefter: "I really believe he's a first-round pick, a late first, I really do".

Rainwater reacted to Murray's decision to pursue the NFL-and potentially put his career in Oakland on the back-burner-in a way which can only be described as unprofessional in the sports media sphere.
