A new nest for the royal parents-to-be Harry and Meghan

The Sussexes have lived at Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace since their engagement and following their wedding.

Prince Harry and Meghan went all out with a major overhaul of Frogmore, creating their dream nursery and a gym, and adding both tech-savvy and eco-friendly features, plus new bedrooms-for the little Sussex and any visitors.

Though palace representatives have remained quiet regarding a reported rift between the Cambridge and Sussex households, it has been reported by some United Kingdom media outlets that the move to Frogmore Cottage may be aimed at easing tensions between the two royal couples.

It was announced past year the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would be leaving Kensington Palace.

According to People magazine Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have moved out of their home at Kensington Palace and to their new place just steps away from where they tied the knot in a gorgeous royal ceremony one year earlier.

The property has a special meaning to the soon to be parents as it is where they held their private wedding party and had their handsome engagement photos taken.

"Windsor was the flawless fit for Harry and Meghan", the source said.

At the time, it was claimed that the couple wanted to move because of a falling out between Prince Harry and Prince William. "He voiced some concerns that things were moving too quickly.I was told when Harry first brought Meghan back to the palace, he was desperate for Kate's approval".

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have asked for charity donations instead of gifts in the lead up to the birth of their first child.

"William and Harry will have different responsibilities in the future as William prepares for his life as the heir to the throne", the source explained.

Meghan Markle's due date is probably in the next few weeks. "He can't wait to become a father".
