Arsenal must find "different character" away from home, insists Xhaka

Arsenal must find

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher believes Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was courageous to score his goal in Arsenal's 1-0 win over Watford on Monday.

Though Napoli were touted as one of the toughest opponents Arsenal could have drawn in the Europa League quarter finals - including, admittedly, by this very writer - it would be fair to say that they failed to live up to their billing in the first leg at the Emirates.

It went from bad to worse for Watford a minute later when captain Troy Deeney was shown a straight red card for an apparent elbow to the face on Lucas Toreira.

"But also, I think we worked well being consistent in our structure, defending their long balls and set-pieces". Away it is not always easy to play, we have to take the duels, we have to win the duels, and you can see if you do that you can win the game.

"I don't care if we win 1-0 or 6-0, it is the same three points", the Switzerland worldwide added.

The Gunners moved above both Manchester United and Chelsea and still have a game in hand over the latter.

"Our final is to play against Arsenal, it's not in May, it's on Monday". But Granit Xhaka is back from injury to add more steel in the engine room.

"Sometimes when you dangle that ankle out, and the keeper's in full stride clearing it, I think he was quite fearless".

"Now we will go to Napoli with a lot of confidence and we will go there to score goals".

"We will give everything we have inside us to get through", he said. I would leave Mesut Ozil out and put Aaron Ramsey and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in.

English Premier League side Arsenal have confirmed they are investigating a video, now circulating on Social media, which appears to show one of their supporters racially abusing Napoli central defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

"It's not easy for him after he signed for Juventus but his focus is to help us and his attitude is a very incredible attitude towards each training session", he told a media conference ahead of his side's visit to Watford on Monday.
