Police found and arrested Bishop three days later.

On March 21, Serge Fournier, 74, was riding on a bus with Cadesha Bishop, 25.

The fall from the bus "crushed" Fournier's hip, said neighbor Jeffrey Bingham, KLAS reported.

Police attended the scene, where the man refused help but later checked himself into hospital.

Bishop was accused of shoving Fournier out the door "with enough force that he never touched any of the steps" before hitting his head about 8 feet (2.4 meters) from the bus.

Police said Bishop then pushed Fournier, who was using a walker, out of the bus - and he landed on his head on the sidewalk, the station said. The Clark County coroner determined he died from complications connected to the push. At that point, Bishop turned her aggression to Fournier and shoved Fournier out of the bus with both hands. Fournier reportedly asked the woman to be nice, CBS affiliate KLAS-TV reported.

Taylor said of Bishop, "No matter what his age, she should not have done that". She has been charged with murder and remains jailed on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing of evidence May 21.

Fournier leaves behind a wife who is disabled. The incident was caught on security video and the man died several weeks later. "Very nice, religious person", he added. According to Las Vegas Township Justice Court records, she has a public defender and it doesn't appear that she's entered a plea yet. She's now behind bars at Clark County Detention Center with bail set at $100,000.
