Meghan Markle seen for the first time since birth of Prince Archie

Military pomp and pageantry was on display to celebrate the Queen's official birthday - and new mother the Duchess of Sussex made her first public appearance since giving birth.

Meanwhile, Trump became embroiled in an embarrassing sideline spat in London over whether or not he labelled Meghan "nasty" in an interview because of disparaging remarks she made about him in 2016, more than a year before she and Harry were engaged.

Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex's private wedding pictures have reportedly leaked online after their photographer was hacked. With its ornate rose adornment and flared orecchiette shape, the Philip Treacy hat perched atop her stunning chignon first stole our hearts at the Sussex's May nuptials.

He and wife Meghan welcomed their first child on May 6.

The Queen travelled alone in a carriage from Buckingham Palace down the Mall to Horse Guards Parade, behind Whitehall.

Looking radiant and elegant in navy Givenchy, Meghan Markle waved and smiled as she rode down the Mall in a carriage with her husband Prince Harry, the Duchesses of Cornwall and Cambridge. While Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles/Duchess Camilla were front and center, and Prince William/Kate Middleton and their three children were also prominently at the front, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were behind a row of royals and in back.

The Trooping the Colour ceremony originated from traditional preparations for battle. The monarch has an annual Trooping the Colour celebration, in which officers, horses, and musicians gather to celebrate the Queen.

Baby Archie did not appear, but another young royal nearly stole the queen's limelight when he made his debut on Buckingham Palace's balcony.

The Duchess is now on maternity leave, but like her sister-in-law, the interrupted her leave to attend Trooping out of respect for Her Majesty The Queen.

The Queen turned 93 on April 21, but she marks her official birthday in June with the Trooping the Colour parade.

Meghan Markle also attended the exciting event, taking a break from her maternity leave.

Earlier in the day, Charlotte, four, was pictured with her brothers, Prince George, five, and Prince Louis, one, waving from one of the windows of Buckingham Palace.
