At E3, Microsoft shared some more details regarding its upcoming Xbox gaming console, which is set to bring a massive performance boost to let gamers enjoy a fully-immersive experience. Xbox even sent the user a 1-month code for Xbox Game Pass, saying "Here's a little something form us for your eagle eye!".

A new "Ultimate" game pass lets players combine access to console and personal computer titles for $14.99 monthly.

Still, game makers have said internet connections around the world aren't reliable enough for game streaming yet, which is part of why Microsoft and Sony still plan to offer them. Purchasing your first month costs just $1 from Microsoft, with existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships applied as free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate tenure.

Of course, this includes the likes of Forza Horizon 4 and the timing couldn't be better with the recently announced LEGO Speed Champions expansion arriving this Thursday.

Project xCloud is due to go live in October. Sony dominated the current console generation with the PS4, but with a new generation approaching, it was going to give Microsoft the opportunity to control the narrative during arguably the most important week for gaming of the year. This time around, the game is coming to Microsoft's Xbox platform as well as for PCs particularly given that 4K HDR support is a signature feature of the Xbox One X. Developed by 343 Industries, Halo Infinite will pick up in the wake of the events of Halo 5: Guardians. This is the studio behind titles such as Pyschonauts, Brütal Legend and Broken Age.

The new Xbox App collects all of the games available in a new store. But hey, at least we got a release window.

I don't have a clear view ahead here but I've never liked that on Xbox you can only game online with a paid subscription.

For more information head over to the Xbox Game Pass for PC Beta page.

"Microsoft Flight Simulator is specifically created to celebrate flight simulation fans through a focus on the authenticity of flying and visually stunning environments", the company explained yesterday.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The trailer didn't provide a look at any gameplay and was largely a CGI affair showing a stranded UNSC soldier reanimating the Master Chief. Are any of you thinking about getting Game Pass now that its on PC?
