Trump begins '20 re-election bid, raises $24.8m on day one

Voters heard nothing new tonight.

"Oh yeah, they were massive", Hannity said, interrupting Trump's boasting with lavish praise.

Darrell Wimbley, a registered Democrat, said that he voted for Obama because they're both black but he expressed regrets about the vote. "It was simple, I just showed up".

"I look at some of them, I don't see George Washington".

Then Trump turned on the Democrats, whom he said have "become more radical, more risky, and more unhinged than at any point in the modern history of our country".

"It was nearly like a big middle finger to the establishment, to all of the politics, and I felt like we needed that".

Within the first 24 hours of his 2020 re-election launch in Orlando, Florida this past Tuesday, U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign pulled in $24.8 million, according to Fox News.

"No president should ever have to go through this again", he said.

"I think he fans the fires of hatred".

Trump tried to make the case that he had made good on his 2016 promises, including cracking down on illegal immigration and boosting jobs. Combined with the RNC's joint fundraising committees, they have a combined $82 million cash-on-hand for the second quarter.

Mr Trump also railed against the "fake news media" and claimed the investigation into allegations that his team colluded with Russian Federation to help him win office was an "illegal witch hunt".

Florida will be one of the key swing states in 2020 if Trump is to defeat the nominee chosen from a field of 23 Democratic hopefuls. "Trump is known for thinking ahead when it comes to political branding; he trademarked "Make America Great Again" on November 19, 2012".

Florida was chosen for a reason: the positions of Democrats and Republicans there are about equally strong.

"Thirty-five counties in OH, long the nation's premier presidential bellwether, swung 25 or more points from 2012 to 2016". 59th USA presidential election will be held on 3 November 2020.

Sanders raised the most money of any Democrat in the first quarter of this year, $18.2 million, followed by Harris ($12 million) and O'Rourke ($9.4 million).

"Mr. President, Mr. President, I hate to interrupt you, but I actually took 15 minutes of Laura Ingraham's show..."
