United had been looking to offload Lukaku all summer, but Inter's failure to match their valuation has seen patience run thin at Old Trafford.

Moreover, Manchester United are preparing for the potential departure of Romelu Lukaku, who is on the radars of Inter Milan and Juventus.

Lukaku's days in England appear to be numbered with Antonio Conte a keen admirer of his talents.
