Willie Nelson cancels some tour dates, IN show still on

Nelson sent the message late Wednesday after an evening performance at the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio, with Alison Krauss.

Get well soon, Willieblackbirdpresents.comEarly this morning Willie Nelson announced that he was going to have to "cancel (his) tour" due to a "breathing problem" for which he was seeking treatment.

Nelson also had to cancel several dates past year including the Outlaw Music Festival due to health concerns.

This was not the first time Nelson has cancelled shows.

Willie Nelson is "feeling better" after a medical issue forced him to cancel upcoming 2019 tour dates.

"I am sorry to have to cut the SLC show short tonight", he wrote on Twitter.

We wish a speedy recovery to Willie Nelson.

Farm Aid says Nelson will resume his tour September 6.

At the very least, the news impacts an ongoing tour with Alison Krauss, from a show Friday in Grand Rapids, Michigan through August 17.

The tour was set to end November 29 with a performance at the WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, Okla.
