Selena Gomez glad to be back

The 27-year-old singer was hiding the new tattoo under her dress while attending the 2019 American Music Awards over the weekend, but she rolled up her robe before the show to give fans a peek in a new Instagram photo.

After that, Selena revealed that she has been working to make her album as honest and as fun as possible.

But it wasn't just Gomez who had reason to celebrate, as close friend Taylor Swift was named both artist of the year and artist of the decade at the ceremony - taking her total of awards to a record-breaking 29.

Monday's news that "Selena definitely had anxiety and a panic attack before going out and putting a lot of pressure on herself". "It threw her off".

Who else could better open the American Music Awards 2019 than the girl who is making a big comeback?

She said: "I learned a lot from the last album and I wanted to take what I've learned and turn it into something even better".

The singer was noticeably nervous during her performance at the AMAs, particularly during opening song, "Lose You To Love Me", which became her first-ever No. 1 hit the week it was released back in October.

"She definitely had a panic attack".

Their complicated past created an invisible animosity, but with the model's recent gesture, she seems to have moved on already and looking forward now to friendship or, at least, good civil treatment of each other. And so, getting slammed for her latest performance is probably something the star could do without and we can totally see why. Gomez also later took to Instagram to thank her loyal fans for their support. 'Thank you to my entire team and to my fans that stand by me. She further expressed how excited she is for this new chapter in her life.

Still, audiences were quick to look past her ensembles and criticise her "off key" singing.
