Alanis Morissette ‘Jagged Little Pill’ anniversary tour to stop in Massachusetts, Connecticut

Now, she has a 25th anniversary "Jagged Little Pill" tour on the way.

Alanis Morissette announced dates Monday for a 31-stop "Jagged Little Pill" 25th anniversary tour, launching on June 20 in Portland, Oregon.

The tour will make a stop at Ruoff Music Center on Thursday, July 16, 2020.

The tour will follow the "Jagged Little Pill" Broadway musical, which launches Thursday at the Broadhurst Theatre in NY.

Jagged Little Pill sold more than 33 million copies globally and is considered her most critically acclaimed work. The show's story was written by Academy Award-winning writer Diablo Cody and is described in a press release as "a breathtaking new musical inspired by the themes and emotions revealed in Alanis Morissette's album of the same name". Presales of tickets for the tour begin on December 10 and tickets for the general public go on sale December 13.

But Morissette will have some new music to mix in as well - she'll be releasing her new album "Such Pretty Forks In The Road" on May 1, according to a press release.
